Sr. Customer Support Executive

      Essential Competencies / Skills  :
    1. Any graduate with good English oral communication skills
    2. Good written communication skills
    3. Good analytical skills
    4. Should be willing to work in night shift (rotational shifts) and weekends
    5. They should understand the question/concern of the customer and raise the ticket to the concerned team member
    6. Should have prior experience of interacting with customers directly (preferably international customers)
      Job Responsibilities of the Position  :
    1. Should be able to answer all support calls
    2. Should be able to answer all support emails
    3. Should be able to understand the process and answer the customer/publisher directly, with the support of process and tech resource
    4. Should be able to raise ticket(s) to the concerned team, have the issue resolved and inform the same back to the customer/publisher and close the ticket(s)

DBA (SQL & MySQL)
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Master of Computer Appliocations (M.C.A) is mandatory

    1. Good knowledge on SQL Server 2005 & 2008 database architect
    2. In-depth knowledge of T-SQL
    3. Responsible for supporting the SQL Server databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security Duties and  Responsibilities
    4. Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system
    5. Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning
    6. To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
    7. Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include roll out and upgrades
    8. Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs
    9. Should have hands on Data Migration
    10. Good Replication knowledge
    11. Should have worked on normalization , Logical and physical data models
    12. Scheduling backup and Restoration of backups
    13. Maintenance of daily and monthly backup schedulers
    14. Monitoring and performance tuning of database servers
    15. Query/Transaction monitoring
    16. Transaction log/ Trace file monitoring
    17. Lock/Deadlock monitoring
    18. Memory and Cache monitoring
    19. Capacity planning / Trend analysis and Recommendation
