No cash for Satyam salary
Satyam Computers on Thursday admitted that it does not have cash to pay its employees for January.
Other than revealing this, the press conference of the interim CEO, Mr Ram Mynampati, who is facing flak as someone from the inner circle that pushed Satyam into the mess, did not attempt to unwrap the pack of lies that resulted in Corporate India’s biggest ever scam.
Throughout the hour long press conference, Mr Mynampati attempted to swerve, divert and fob off questions. At the end of it, no one was any wiser on what the CEO proposed to do to clean up the mess.
In fact, at one point, Mr Mynampati was asked if what he was saying were facts.
