Drug Abuse
It’s a party in a farm house with about 6 people having the time of their life. Only five of them are druggies. The 2 people in the left are rolling the cigarettes while the other 2 to the right are mixing tobacco with weed to create this mixture which kaes them to Cloud number 9. This intense professional job takes time and in 2 hours the feeling subsides. The hard day’s labor is over and its the kind of fun to have indulged in.
In an hours time the five are passed out and the other who doesn’t do drugs is also passively stoned, each lying in the corner of the room he was occupying few minutes earlier. Now this is no scene from the movie Scarface with Al Pacino. It is not a story from Mexico either who're unable to control their weed needs. Believe it or not India is the country we’re talking about.
The instance potrays the growing trend and changing times in a country many termed as conservative. However bringing back the stringent conservative laws wouldn't help, especially considering the fact that the human urge would always want to get their hands on anything that’s forbidden. If apples were banned, apples will still be accessible. But the fundamental difference in possibly doing apples and doing drugs is that drugs have been known to destroy lives. We now need to accept the fact of its existance and need steps to tackle the menace. Importantly the intellect more than ever would have to overtake temptation.

People say ‘I want to be cool’ and be a part of the COOL GANG, so what should I do?
Do I have to indulge in fantasies which I am sure will kill me or make me kill myself?
If you want to be a cool fool, by all means go ahead and try drugs. This is the first step to the coffin.
A drug addict cannot be considering sane. With it you may believe you’re Neo in the Matrix, or Tom Cruise in mission impossible 3 or Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider. This is only the nice part; drugs can make you paranoid you probably can also be the slime in aliens’ vs. predators.
I know of people who have only been destroyed, killed or left in the gutters when it comes to drug addicts. So ‘D’ for drugs and ‘D’ for death.
Do what you want. The thing is that our country could lose a few, actually lot of people. 100 crores can become 90 crores. It will help the planning commission with policies being easier to implement with a smaller population. So as a citizen each can do his bit to help develop the country.
So please do drugs and kill yourself. I may not miss you because I don’t even know you.
But remember, think twice, cause ONCE YOUR IN YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE.
