Deluge and its aftermath

Though the next day the rain water was forced to seep through the drains and surrounding grasslands, it had already damaged the roads, houses and created stagnant water near garbage unattended.

There are heavy rains and deluges almost every year and next year it wouldn’t be any different. The citizens need to inform the concerned authority to maintain drains, roads and hygiene in the surrounding areas. Remember this isn’t a request for luxury but bare minimum requirement for any normal living.
